This adventurous yet accessible trek will take you through the mesmerising Lake District, passing its many water sources:

GROWING WELL
For this journey we will be raising funds for Cumbria-based charity Growing Well:
A mental health charity which champions recovery through outdoor activity in our Cumbrian market gardens. With over twenty years of experience, they empower people to unearth new confidence, skills and purpose - through horticultural activity.
Whether you’re feeling depressed, anxious or finding everyday life difficult, Growing Well welcomes people from all walks of life- providing free and effective support for their mental health at one of their organic vegetable farms in Cumbria.
